1. Orders are packaged to the best of our ability to prevent damages and leave our premises in good order.
2. No exchanges or refunds will be given for any plants purchased as they are perishable items.
3. In the event of damages to any home décor items, the customer should send photos of this to us (via email) within 24 hours after the customer has received the order. We will then take it up with The Courier Guy and make the necessary replacement arrangement with the customer.
4. No refunds will be given for any home décor items after it has left our premises.
5. If you would like to cancel your order for any reason, please reach out before the order leaves our premises. We will then give you a 95% refund and use the rest (5%) to cover the transaction cost.
