Cyrtanthus mackenii (Yellow)

Cyrtanthus mackenii (Yellow) is a charming, sweetly scented bulb that is long-flowering and easy to cultivate. The flowers are bright yellow, long and narrow with recurved tips, and the leaves are narrowly lance-shaped. C. mackenii has a very long flowering period, depending on the particular form being cultivated, extending from July to February.

Occurs mainly in the eastern part of Eastern Cape.
