Brassia Rex

Brassia Rex, also known as the large spider orchid, is an orchid hybrid originated by W.W.G.Moir in 1964. The flowers are fragrant and in the shape of a star, with light green petals and a white lip, both splotched with brown spots.

It is a cross of Brs. verrucosa x Brs. gireoudiana. It is considered a “primary hybrid” because it is a cross between two species.

Plants on offer: 2-3 stems, 10-15cm rooted. Shipped potted or mounted.

Flowering size. May or may not currently have flowers/buds.
